1. General Policy
Tanuki Shop ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for transactions conducted through our services.

Refund requests must be submitted within six (6) months from the original payment date. Refunds will not be processed for requests made after this period.

Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment card used for the transaction. We do not offer refunds through alternative methods.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) working days from the date of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the policies of the card issuer.
3.2 Partial Refunds
In the case of a partial refund, the original payment may be cancelled. A new charge reflecting the adjusted amount may be debited from the customer's card. The new charge will be less than the amount of the cancelled payment.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
Service Fees: Fees for services already rendered, including but not limited to purchasing assistance, order management, and shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Customized Orders: Items specially ordered or customized at the customer's request are not eligible for refunds unless defective or not as described.
Perishable Goods: Refunds are not available for perishable items.

Refunds will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Tanuki Shop is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or any fees imposed by the customer's bank.
6.2 Bank Processing Times
While we process refunds within ten (10) working days, the customer's bank may require additional time to reflect the refund in the account. Please consult your bank for specific timelines.
6.3 Fraud Prevention
Tanuki Shop reserves the right to refuse a refund if any signs of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activities are detected.
