影山ヒロノブや後のLOUDNESSのメンバーが参加していたバンド・LAZYの「Hey! Love you!」のプロモーション映像および 大阪でのライブコンサートの様子を収めた映像が入っている16ミリフィルムです。
冒頭にはバスターというイギリスのバンドの「夢みるダンス」の映像も入っています。

ミュージックビデオ部分は光学録音で音声が入っていますが、ライブの部分は磁気トラックになっているので非対応の映写機で再生すると無音になりますのでお気をつけください。
年代物ですのでキズや退色も見受けられますが、歪みや収縮などは無く普通に再生可能です。
