横浜の高橋刃物製作所(髙橋刃物製作所)の鍛造ステンレス光友OEM「牛刀195 八寸巾 光」です。
何十年も前の古い包丁で、製造元の高橋刃物製作所もOEM先の販売店も既に営業しておりません。

家族がコレクションとして大切にしていたのですが、もう使うことが無いため出品しました。
購入当初から Unused のままですが、写真の通り錆も無く綺麗です。
工業製品のため、製造に伴う多少のスレや傷などはございます。
定期的に油を引いて錆予防をしております。

プチプチで包んでからダンボールを巻いてお送りします。
